What does the procedure involve?
1. Initial consultation
We start by making sure you are completely suitable for dental veneers. We check your teeth and gums are healthy, and may suggest you have a hygiene appointment to fully prepare for veneers. We discuss the procedure with you and answer any questions you may have.
2. Planning
Using our advanced digital equipment, we take 3D images and scans of your teeth and create a detailed model. We design the accurate shape, size and colour of your veneers, and can even show you what they will look like at the end of treatment.
3. Preparation
When you are happy with the design of your veneers, we prepare your teeth for treatment. We remove a thin layer of enamel, if needed, and fit temporary veneers while your final ones are created in a dental laboratory.
4. Fitting
When your veneers are ready, we invite you for your fitting appointment. We make sure they look and feel exactly as you expected before fixing them into place using strong dental adhesive.
5. Maintenance
We give you some advice to help you keep your veneers strong and bright for the long-term. This includes keeping up with regular check-up and hygienist appointments so we can keep an eye on your veneers.
