The Croft Dental Centre Silver and Gold Care plans provide a great option for your routine dental care. They offer an affordable preventive and maintenance treatment plan tailored to optimise your oral health.

The plan is designed for anybody to join, regardless of your past dental history. All plans provide up to £10,000 per year worldwide dental accident and emergency assistance scheme cover and 15% discount on most other treatments.

Payments Policy
For your convenience we accept payment by debit card or credit card. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients and ask that payment be made at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have any questions please contact us on 01276 66710.

12 months Interest Free credit now available, subject to certain terms and conditions. Please contact the practice for further information.

Cancellation Policy
Should you fail to attend or need to reschedule your appointment we require 1 working days notice. Appointment cancellations made within 1 working day may incur a charge of £1 per minute to a maximum of £60.00. This charge is used to cover the overheads such as staff wages. We reserve the right to take a deposit.

NHS Policy on Attendance and Missed Appointments

Help us to help you keep your NHS Space -

  1. If you fail to attend your 1st NHS appointment, you won't be see again at the practice.
  2. Once you attend for your first NHS exam, you will be asked to keep up your attendance record. If you do not attend at least once for an NHS appointment in an 18m period we may allocate your space to someone new to the area or looking to move to our practice.
  3. If you fail to attend on 2 occasions or on 3 occasions give less then one full working days notice to cancel your NHS appointment you will not be seen again at the practice. This is in any 24m period.
  4.  If you are on any benefits that entitle you to reduced NHS charges or exemption from charges please bring in proof of exemption each time. The NHS do make random check and you may be fined if you incorrectly claim an exemption.
